Indulge yourself this Ramadan with an indulgent Iftar menu at Tamba

Fancy an Iftar experience with a touch of class?  Then look no further than Tamba Restaurant at The Hub in WTC Mall.

The set menu consists of over 10 courses of popular and new dishes.   Including old favourites such as sweet and sour pumpkin on spinach parathas and 48hrs slow cooked lamb shank.  New additions are lentil soup and tandoori chicken wings glazed in jaggery, that are designed to eat with your hands.

The Ramadan beverages on offer are Tamba’s take on traditional Iftar drinks such as jallab, laban and our preferred choice, a fragrant apricot juice.

Continuing the mega feast, we reach dessert which offers a new sorbet made from calamansi (citrus fruit) and chilli – whilst refreshing, it really has a kick!  The excitement doesn’t end there…because also included is The Break Up, an indulgent mix of dark chocolate mousse, peanut semi freddo, salted caramel and chocolate sauce – the undisputed champion of puddings.

The menu offers real value for money, given the quality and amount of food on offer.

The Iftar menu will be available during Ramadan from sunset until 8.30pm and costs AED198 per person + 10% service charge.
