Life in Abu Dhabi is filled with exciting events and this is probably why we love it so much. One event barely ends and another begins and one of our personal favourites is ATAYA.

ATAYA which means Charity is an exhibition organized every year in Abu Dhabi by the Emirates Red Crescent under the Patronage and vision of H.H.Sheikha Shamsa Bint Hamdan Al Nahyan.

Featuring more than 80 talented local, regional and international designers and artists handpicked by the higher committee of the exhibition, the event is highly promising.

This year while we are familiar with some of the labels including Rigaa’a, Mintbart based in Abu Dhabi Emirates, there are of course, many more designers to discover from the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, KSA, Bahrain, Lebanon or Malaysia, India and South Africa.

There will be jewellery, homeware accessories, fashion and furniture items available.

This year, the event takes place at IPIC ARENA at Zayed Sports City between the 3rd and the 7th May 2015.

Ladies only

Every ticket sold to attend the fair will raise 50 AED for charity. This year’s proceeds will be used to build a children’s and women’s hospital in Northen Iraq.
