We discovered this utterly DIVINE multipurpose oil with a mesmerizing floral scent, by chance and we are hooked ever since.
There are numerous oils on the market but this one has truly won our hearts: its smell, texture and composition make it exceptional.
We cannot stop smelling this addictive natural multipurpose oil, that takes coconut oil to the next level.
A 100% vegan and completely free from parabens and chemicals, Liha Idan Oil, is made up of cold pressed coconut oil into which a Tuberose – a night blooming flower – has been immersed following the traditional process of enfleurage. This means that basically only the volatile perfume given off by the flowers will be absorbed, giving the smell an absolutely purity.
Obviously the smell is subject to specific taste, but if you like the smell of Tiare flower in Monoi oil, you then are very likely to love this one as it is kind of similar.
Founded by British-Nigerian duo Liha Okunniwa and Abi Oyepitan, Liha has gained a loyal following in its native England and beyond—receiving praise globally from beauty and skincare experts.
A rich yet extremely moisturizing oil, it leaves the skin feeling soft and hydrates the hair and is the perfect way to pamper your body and hair. It absorbs immediately and doesn’t leave any sticky residue.
HOW TO USE IT: We love to use this oil as a face, hands or body oil, leave-in hair conditioner and even as a solid perfume to apply behind the ears.
Handmade in small batches in Cheltenham and Hackney (UK), Liha Idan oil comes in 100 ml and is priced 265 AED. It is shipped in raw cold pressed solid state. To bring it to liquid form place it in warm water or then just use a spatula to massage it to the body and it will start to melt because of body heat.
