The Tamarind Mocktail Recipe
This refreshing drink is a classic in the UAE during Ramadan and you have probably tasted it when out for Iftar.
The Asia de Cuba team in Abu Dhabi kindly shared with us this sweet and sour mocktail recipe that they serve during the Holy Month in their Ramdan menu.
Here are all the details if you wish to prepare this homemade Tamarind juice.
– tamarind beans
– iced water
– sugar syrup
Soak the Tamarind beans in water overnight.
On the next day, boil them for two hours and then blend them to get a clear liquid. Next, add the iced water and adjust the sugar syrup to your liking.
Cool the drink in the fridge and add the rose water right before serving.
