The fabrics heaven in Abu Dhabi
If you want to buy fabrics in Abu Dhabi you have different options depending on what you are looking for. Among the several textile shops spread out around the Capital, we choose the ones with the best quality and a decent variety of fabrics.
CENTURY TEXTILES

For elegant dresses or fine everyday/casual clothing, Century Textile is definitely the place to go. The selection of fabrics is just astonishing! Among the great assortment of materials there are precious silks from France and Italy, cottons from Japan, precious embroidery from India, as well as beautiful floral patterns, velvet, simple lace or fabulous lace with beads, perfect for special occasions.
The owner of the shop comes from India and he established the activity 35 years ago.
If you have no clue about the type of the fabric or the quantity required to make a dress, the five sales assistants will be happy to help you in the process. They know their stock very well and they can get you in and out quickly. You can also knock the prices down a fair bit by bargaining.
The shop is located at the first floor, inside the Madinat Zayed Shopping Centre.

Regal represents one of the UAE’s largest fabric retail chains, having a strong presence with 16 stores spread across UAE, Qatar and KSA.
They established the main branch in Abu Dhabi Khalidya in 2006, while in 2012 they have opened a second smaller shop close to the WTC area.
At the ground floor level of the main shop, in a small corner, there is an area reserved for shirts and men suits with some of the best quality fabrics from England.
Regal’s suppliers are from all over the world – Italy, France, England, Germany, India, China, Korea and Africa – bringing the finest in terms of materials, at a great value for the customer. In the main branch nine shop attendants can help you suggesting the fabric that fits perfectly with your project.

Well known among the Emirati community and still relatively new for the expat, Bouquet Ladies is a real treasure trove for your eyes as well as for your pocket!
When you enter the shop you can notice that the fabrics are well organized on the shelves. Everything is so tidy up and clean.
They sell a wealth of silks, cottons, laces and brocades that come from Europe and Japan.
As you can see from the shop’s window, they also sell silks being prepared for international brands such as Valentino and Emanuel Ungaro, at a minimum quantity of three yards, which is perfect for a dress.
