Job description: We are seeking high quality Telesales Executives for our Dubai Head Office and our regional office in Abu Dhabi. Candidates must currently reside in these locations to be considered.
You must be a high calibre junior professional, who is keen to work as part of our team of highly dynamic and professional sales and business development specialists. This is a challenging full time position.
The key competencies we seek are: previous telesales / business development experience, the aptitude to communicate in a dynamic and positive way, both internally within the office environment, and when dealing with clients on the phone, a positive work ethic, dependability, a totally ‘customer focused’ outlook, skills to competently work with MS Office, fluency in spoken and written English, able to work well under pressure, target driven, self motivated team player, and first-rate planning and organizing skills.
We are seeking both Arabic and English speaking applicants.
The Role
The overall aim of the role is to sell our soft skills public training courses to our existing and potential clients, via the telephone.
Listed below are the main tasks involved in the role:
Determine our clients’ explicit needs and offer training solutions to match their needs.
Research the market for the purpose of cold calling
Cold call new prospects
Manage key accounts
Strictly follow company standards, policies and procedures
Achieve the expected number of call rates per day
Follow up with clients
Produce a weekly sales report
Meet and exceed set deadlines and sales targets (weekly, monthly and annually)
Actively contact and manage the customer database
Build relationships with customers
Candidates must hold a valid U.A.E. driving licence, and own a car.
The working week is Sunday to Thursday. However, candidates will be expected to work hard to meet targets and deadlines.
