If getting your kids to eat their five-a-day portions of fruit and vegetables is always a battle, wow them with a Summer Chocolate Fondue at Maya La Chocolaterie. We bet they will soon be begging you to visit for their daily ration when they get their first taste of the fabulously yummy Fruit and Chocolate Fondue.
We tried their delicacies at their newest store (opened mid-May) in Bawabat Al Sharq Mall, near Mafraq Hospital.
We treated ourselves to the summer milk chocolate fondue, accompanied by fresh fruits such as pineapple, strawberries and bananas, which the kids could dip into the meltingly-delicious chocolate. Marshmallows, pistachio, and chocolate cakes are also available if you prefer traditional dipping.
The brand has high standards regarding its products and chose special formulas for their chocolates, which are produced in a Belgium factory. We love the cosy, homely décor with a colour palette of brown, beige and gold tones.
Check if Johnny Depp is around next time you visit, as the amazing chocolate pipes on walls made us wonder if we were part of a new chapter of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.
