With the weather finally starting to cool down, we are on a mission to find the perfect family brunch in Abu Dhabi. This week we discovered just how good the Jazzy Blues Brunch at St Regis on Saadiyat Island is, making it a must-try this season.
A touch of jazz is added to Oléa, the Mediterranean influenced restaurant, with a wonderful vocalist who also plays the saxophone, accompanied by a pianist, setting the ambience of the day.
If the glistening blue sea view and the divine feast laid out at this brunch isn’t enough to win you over, this live duo will definitely make your experience complete, adding a charming and calm atmosphere to the day.
We vote this brunch as perfect for a family as it really does cater to both kids and adults alike. Your little ones are kept entertained in a specially designed play area, with fun activities and games, allowing them to enjoy their own party under the supervision of attentive staff, while you and the rest of your table relax and enjoy all the delicious food and drinks on offer.
There is a large array of food, making you feel like you are taking a culinary journey through different regions, ranging from Japan to Italy. The live cooking stations go further to boost your appetite, showcasing the delicious grilled delicacies the chef has created.
For those of you with a sweet tooth, the desserts will not disappoint. There are some which are simply to die for, especially the Pistachio Éclair, topped with fresh raspberries, which was a massive hit at our table!
