Feeling creative, but don’t have the raw materials to get started? We’ve discovered the store in Abu Dhabi where art teachers shop – and it’s a treasure trove for people passionate about art and crafts, especially those that like painting.
The first floor of The Green Branch is filled from floor to ceiling with paint tubs from the world’s best brands, such as Pébéo and Sennelier. You’ll find gouaches, acrylics, ink, and soft pastels in every possible colour.
If you fancy learning a new skill, the store also sells a wide selection of art kits, such as painting on fabric or porcelain and pop art acrylics. They would also make fantastic gift for creative kids.
We also were surprised to see so many supplies for candle making, including molds, wicks, colourants, and perfumes. And if you like knitting, the ground floor carries a large choice of wool so you can get back into your hobby.
