The store, located behind Al Noor Hospital on Khalifa Street, is so full of decorative handicrafts that there is no chance you could see everything in a single visit. There is such a large mix of styles, from Moroccan to Turkish, Indian to Omanese, that your hunt gets even more exciting.
Just to get you excited, we found on our last visit several vintage rotary dial phones, wall clocks with numbers written in Arabic calligraphy, and old radios that would perfectly fit in a loft. To decorate kids’ bedroom, we also loved their Tintin wooden sculptures and vintage maps representing the Arabic peninsula.
Don’t be afraid of the prices on display – if you find your own treasure, start bargaining until you get your good deal.
