Gala dinner with a French Michelin-starred chef, a high point dedicated to Brittany and the sea.

As part of the year of the Emirati-French cultural dialogue, the Alliance Française in Abu Dhabi and the French Business Group are organizing a Gala dinner with a Michelin-starred chef to honour the region of Brittany!

More than 500 guests are expected, including Ambassadors, directors and well-known figures in the United Arab Emirates. The event will also be placed under the year of Sheikh Zayed, whose centennial is celebrated in 2018.

This dinner will take place on Friday, December 7th 2018 at 7 pm at Le Royal Méridien Abu Dhabi.

Alliance Française Abu Dhabi and French Business Group entrusted the organization of this gastronomic meal made with major products from Brittany to the starred chef Nicolas Conraux who is working at La Table de La Butte, in Plouider in the North Finistere in France.

He will be accompanied by Solène Conraux, his wife in charge of the room, Virginie Appere, his pastry chef and Maxime Roudaut, his second junior.

In order to highlight the Emirati-French cultural dialogue, a meal will be cooked in collaboration with Muna Ahmed, a young and aspiring Emirati chef who is studying in France. The evening will end in a musical and dancing atmosphere.

The Michelin-starred chef Nicolas Conraux will host a master class during his stay, a workshop which will consist to bring a group of 12 people to cook a meal of his choice at Le Royal Méridien.
