Laurent Allerau, the French master pâtissier in charge of Dolce has been working for more than 10 years in different three-star Michelin establishments before joining the Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, and his creations are worth tasting.

The Dolce fans will obviously recommend the ‘Pistachio Kalamansi’ which is one of their signature desserts. Light and airy, we love the combination of pistachio with a hint of citrus. We also adore the new addition that combines dark chocolate and candied orange peel. Priced between 25 to 35 AED each, this is a spot to keep in mind for a romantic or family celebration hosted at home.
