A tiny but full to the brim sewing shop worth checking in Abu Dhabi

If you love nothing more than creating handmade, hand-sewn clothes and accessories, you will want to visit our last discovery… Located in Khalidiya area, this tiny, but full-to-the-brim haberdashery is both a treat for the eyes and a treasure trove for dexterous dressmakers and embroidery lovers.

We found a large range of sewing accessories, including colourful threads, buttons, ribbons, sequins, zip fasteners and much more. After spending half an hour exploring all the nooks and crannies of this shop, we left the store with a collection of large plastic diamantes at 5 AED each, wondering whether to keep them to embellish a party dress or to offer them to our kids to fill up their Jack Sparrow’s pirate chest.
