We are definitely looking forward to having a sneak peak into the world of chocolatiers at Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel and Villas
The popular Masters of Food & Grapes event is back at Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel and Villas in October 2016. This event is organized in partnership with French chocolatier Weiss and is bringing guests an insight into the wonderful world of chocolate.
The chocolate experts will provide their world renowned chocolate produce while Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi’s Chefs will be on hand to help boost the culinary experience with a specially created chocolate inspired sweet and savoury menu.
The menu looks fantastic and includes Seared Foie Gras with Port Wine Figs, Port Wine Reduction & Weiss “Acuariga”; or Chocolate & Truffle Weiss Oricao Chocolate Ganache, with Fleur de Sel, and Black Truffle Essence, to name a few, all paired with the perfect beverages.
WHERE :
Located in the sophisticated and exclusive Park Bar and Grill this will be the last culinary series for 2016, leaving the year on a sweet note.
WHEN:
Open to all between 25th and 30th of October, the menu will be on offer from 7:00 PM, each evening.
HOW MUCH:
With the event’s set menu costing only AED250 + taxes, with a special takeaway to remember, this interactive and educational discovery will leave guests inspired by the diverse dishes that chocolate can complement.
