Founded by Simran Adnani, who is of Indian origin but now resides in Dubai, after she faced the challenge of trying to buy her brother a ‘Rakhi’ (an Indian Raksha-bandhan festival bracelet that a sister ties to a brother) only to realize they were all boring and tacky.
As a result, she created a new type of ‘Urban Rakhi’, from which ‘braided tales’ was born.
The charming collection comprising twenty-five braided bracelets decorated with 14 karat gold dipped charms are all hand crafted in both India and Dubai.
The bracelets are constructed from colorfast, one hundred percent Egyptian cotton and the charms are made in China, so you can be guaranteed that behind each bracelet is a universal story of perfection and affection.
Each bracelet comes packaged in an enticing storybook of which the inside page is adorned with a meaningful and fun blurb, unique to the bracelet inside, making these bracelets the ideal gift for any teenager.
