Living in Abu Dhabi we have been spoilt for choice when it comes to an effective massage that will leave us feeling rejuvenated. After a hectic week when we just want to unwind and a massage is always a good idea. The treatment begins with some simple stretching movements, something we thoroughly enjoyed as it instantly put us at ease.  The therapist used lavender oil to massage into the skin and used traditional massage techniques to work on the knots in the body.  After each area was massaged the hot compress was then gently pushed against the body. Made with a mix of different herbs that have been used for centuries by monks, healers and midwives, it instantly soothes the muscles.

Although the massage lasted a total of an hour and thirty minutes the time did actually go by very fast and we could have stayed on for longer.  We left feeling completely relaxed and rebalanced and our usually tense shoulders felt light for many days after.  An amazing way to detox and purify the muscles, the Thai Herbal Compress Massage is a treatment we will be coming back for again.
