Do you have stacks of paper on your desk, demanding kids requesting constant attention or just too many things to do ? You need some time-out – and we’ve found the perfect way to calm your mind and refocus.

Log onto website and challenge yourself to pause for a full two minutes without touching the mouse or keyboard. While you wait, listen to the calming sound of waves breaking on a shore and the occasional call of a seagull to transport you to a calmer, more tranquil place.

We failed the first time we tried by touching the mouse before the end of the two minutes – but trying again, we managed to get to the end and felt instantly clearer and more focused. It’s now our go-to website when we feel overwhelmed or overworked and really recommend you log on and try it!
