Your kids will be exhausted after jumping around this new indoor trampoline park
Action Zone located in Boutik Mall on Al Reem Island, has refurbished its old bowling alley and fitted it out with over 20 trampolines and neon decor for the ultimate 80’s hip hop themed indoor jumping playground, aptly named Jump Up.
Alongside the funky equipment, the certified trampoline instructors are around to teach your kids lots of fun skills from simple jumping moves, to flips and twists that will definitely send a few stomachs churning.
There is a four-player dodgeball court for those wanting to play in a group, as well as a foam pit which is also the soft landing for the jousting game where you compete to push your opponent off a plank with a pugil stick!
Whilst it’s not the biggest venue, there is enough space for kids to bounce around, without knocking into each other. They also have a party area with a colour changing dance floor, where they hold birthday parties and kids holiday camps.
The cost is reasonable, at AED45 for 30 minutes, AED60 per hour and AED50 per additional hour.
Our verdict? – Take the kids when you need them to get some sleep, it really does completely wear them out, enough for you to have cheeky bounce too!
