Emirates Karate Center offers expert Karate classes to the young residents of the city.
Kids nowadays definitely ooze more confidence than we ever did, but how can you mould that self-confidence into something meaningful and valuable later on in life? Emirates Karate Center, based here in Abu Dhabi offers the perfect classes to help with this.
Youngsters from 3.5 years old can join a safe environment to learn an authentic and realistic form of karate from qualified instructors, which will aid them to build strong minds, bodies and spirits whilst learning self-defence moves, discipline skills, stability and fighting obesity.
The Martial arts group has been teaching in Abu Dhabi since 1984 and their instructors include a World Karate Champion and fully qualified and experienced Sensei (teachers). Sensei Shan tells us that the classes encourage children to learn skills that keep them physically, mentally and emotionally fit and they can take these lessons with them as they grow and face life’s inevitable challenges.
With class durations of 30 minutes and above, your little ones can improve their concentration and develop their mind, body and soul. Whether he/she is shy, an extrovert or just wants some time to breathe – this is the activity for them.
