WE ROAD TEST THE ROSE CRYSTAL LYMPHATIC FACIAL 

Sisters Beauty Lounge in Abu Dhabi is now offering four different Organic Pharmacy signature facials.

When we heard Sisters Beauty Lounge was now offering Organic Pharmacy facials we were a little excited to say the least.

The Organic Pharmacy is a UK beauty brand dedicated to organic health and beauty so of course we had to put these signature facials to the test. We decided on the ‘Rose Crystal Lymphatic Facial’, which is a 90-minute treat (650AED) for re-energized and glowing skin.

The Experience

Our beauty therapist Sharifa started first with a consultation to analyze our skin type, beauty habits and skin concerns. She then got us to follow a breathe-in and breathe out exercise to help relax and let go.

Skin was cleansed with the famous Carrot Butter Cleanser (a best-seller from TOP) and toned with their Herbal Toner. She then applied the 2 in 1 exfoliating Flower Petal Deep Cleanser and Mask in order to brighten our skin and prepare it for the steam and extraction. Our skin was also protected further before getting under the steamer with Rose Hip Oil. While under the steamer, we were thoroughly spoilt with a relaxing foot massage using the Jasmine Body Oil.

The extraction part of the facial wasn’t the most comfortable but skin was left clean and impurities gone. Plus, we weren’t left red faced, which is always an added bonus.

Next up was the Seaweed Clay Mask, which is designed to calm and remove any remaining impurities. It was applied while we enjoyed a relaxing hand massage. This was followed by a pressure point massage over our face to help relax our mind and to let go of any stresses.

After applying the Antioxidant Face Firming Serum, which has an amazing citrus smell and is known for its anti-aging benefits, we enjoyed a Rose Crystal massage which is good for blood circulation, as the Rose Crystal is extremely soft.

After that a Honey and Jasmine mask was applied to nourish, relax, lift and firm our skin. Next, Sharifa applied a range of different gels and creams with a leave-on Collagen Boost Mask formulated with aloe vera and vitamin E while we enjoyed a head massage.

Lastly, an Antioxidant gel, a few pumps of Cellular Protection Sunscreen (SPF 30) and a small pump of Expression Treatment around the eyes and the lips meant we were nearly done. Of course, we couldn’t finish the treatment without another breathe in and breathe out exercise and a quick back rub.

The Verdict

Whether you’re looking to treat yourself or a friend we highly recommend the Rose Crystal Lymphatic Facial. Not only is it a great chance to relax and unwind but it’s also the perfect opportunity to learn more about The Organic Pharmacy beauty range.
