Abu Dhabi now has a new online grocery and fresh food delivery option
Those of you who have been used to refilling their fridge and cupboards with an online supermarket webstore know how helpful this service can be. That is exactly why we are happy to share that Lulu has just launched a webstore that delivers in Abu Dhabi.
The ‘Luluwebstore’ menu covers the online ordering for electronics, computers, mobiles or home appliances but that’s not all ! What appealed to us most is that the menu includes food cupboard, fresh food, health & beauty, household and also some grocery deals.
Browsing the different categories, we really feel like using this service straight away as it has a very large array of products and looks so easy and convenient to use. Payment options are through credit and debit cards and do not include cash on delivery. Regarding the delivery fees, they appear once you are done with your online order.
The delivery is done within 48 hours and after getting a confirmation email, you also get a call to define a suitable timing for your delivery managed by Aramex as their courier delivery.
We noticed almost 300 references labelled as ‘organic’ and more than 150 as ‘gluten-free’ including margherita gluten-free pizza. The only down side is the limited choice for organic vegetables and fruits at the moment as there were three options only. We’ll also certainly add the Probiotic Kefir low fat milk in our basket as we haven’t seen it on Abu Dhabi shelves before.
