Artsy time for kids and adults in Abu Dhabi
Enjoy-Create-Learn is the motto behind this new arts and crafts shop in the Capital that proposes activities for both kids and adults.
Located on Abu Dhabi Island, at the ground floor of Murjan Tower (Spinneys is located in this building), the workshop options are quite fun from crochet, sewing, jewelry making to recycling paper objects or decopatch*…
We especially liked the idea of creating objects such as basket, purse, vase with recycling paper in just a few hours.
Open from 9am to 9pm daily including Fridays, just check the website to learn more about the scheduled workshops in the coming weeks. It’s better to email the center [email protected] or call +971 2 447 45 45 to book a spot for a specific workshop.
But you can also walk in and ask to start one of the projects available and someone will assist you in your art and craft activity.
Customers register and pay per project and not per hour which is slightly different from other handicraft centers.
For example, creating a basket in recycling paper requires 2 hours and costs 140 AED while creating a flower with crochet costs 140 AED and requires 3 hours.
There also is a specific room dedicated to kids where they can enjoy crafting activities scheduled by hours.
