Running out of ideas for summer with the kids? Head to Junior Gym in Bain Al Jasrain, where they will get stimulation for their mind, body AND soul.
Junior Gym is an Emirati brand, offering a variety of interactive programs that focus on educating and encouraging healthy eating, exercise and development of the mind.
Classes include popular sports such as gymnastics and dance classes, but the ones we found really interesting were sessions like the reading and cooking classes if you have arty kids, and circuit training for the more active of children.
The gym caters to kids aged 2 – 16 and employs specialised teams of international trainers and instructors; with years of experience in gymnastics and communication with children.
Mums can also get their fitness on too, with the convenient ladies’ gym which offers classes such as zumba and pilates as well as dance, circuit training and gymnastics.
They also cater for kids birthday parties, where they promote a healthy lifestyle whilst having fun, with their state of the art decorations and accessories.
Junior Gym is open throughout the week from 9am-8pm and is located at Villa 39, Bain Al Jasrain
