Opening its doors on 31st December 2019, La Salle – located at Saadyat Beach Club – an intimate 42-seat restaurant is set to be one of Abu Dhabi’s most exciting launches. Located by the shores of Saadiyat Island and inspired by its cultural district, La Salle accentuates a multi-sensory showcase of Provençal cuisine. The opening will be celebrated on New Years’ Eve, as guests will be able to book a table to enjoy an exquisite 11-course tasting menu and spectacular fireworks display.
The menu is a theatrical voyage through Provençe and its coastal cities, passionately headed by Chef Sergio Cabrera and his acclaimed and highly experienced international Front of House – with team members originating from Europe, America and South Africa. The Argentinian born chef has had stints at Michelin-star restaurants around the world and has been requested on numerous occasions to cook for royalty and famous international guests.
Chef Sergio Cabrera has ensured that only the best produce is in his kitchen, from the Arbequina olive oil to the extremely fine 100-Year-Old Balsamic Vinegar and unique Alba White truffles, the authenticity of La Salle’s specially sourced ingredients is showcased in the finished dishes.
