A little help to feel more relaxed with these body tapping exercises

Do you easily get stressed out and anxious? Instead of taking on anxiety, we have found a way to calm the nerves and be ready to face any problem, big or small. Those of you who practice yoga on a regular basis may have already experienced the facial and body tapping, trust us it really works.

Part of the EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), body tapping is a set of techniques using your fingers and tapping the body’s energy meridian points.

Easy to do anytime, it helps to deal with anxiety, fears and phobias and also improve focus and concentration to name a few.

After reading extensively about this method, we agree with the comparison of it to the baking of a cake which usually needs to follow the process and use the right ingredients to make a delicious cake.

So, using your fingertips (index and middle fingers for the small areas), there is a pathway to follow in order to stimulate your body’s energy meridians. The process starts with the top of the head., beginning of the eyebrow, side of the eye, under the nose, chin point and then goes down to the beginning of the collarbone and under the arm.

These tapping exercises are usually combined with the voicing of positive affirmations focusing on the identified problems you wish to work on.
