Soil Store is the place to pick up all things healthy if you want to stay fit.

Let’s be honest… Even if we tend to stay focused on a healthy diet, it is sometimes difficult not to give in with sweets or crackers left somewhere in the cupboards.

So when we heard one of our bookmarked online healthy stores was opening a kiosk in Yas Mall, we were one of the first to check it out.

From herbal teas to snacks, protein shakes, coffee brewers for two cups, original granolas, you’ll find all types of interesting and innovative healthy foods.

For meals on the go or protein shakes post workout, the shop carries wholefood protein shakes by Purition – a UK brand – with three different flavors available : Macadamia and vanilla, Pistachio flavored or Chocolate flavored (18 AED for a 40g powder bag). You can either mix it with Greek Yogurt or milk.

They also propose different herbal teas by Pukka that cost 30 AED per box for 20 herbal sachets. Chamomilla, vanilla and manuka honey promises to help you calm down, Night Time is prepared with organic oat flower, lavender and lime flower and there are many other options available worth checking out.

We personally adore the Coffee Brewer, which is essentially coffee in a packet that you simply need to add hot water to and then drink. These can also make a cool gift when visiting a friend unexpectedly (between 10.5 and 12AED). Their roasted gourmet coffee makes 2 cups with Colombian, Brazilian or Kenyan coffee origins.

The shop also sells the TOSI cashew super bites that contain chia and flax seeds and are high energy and fiber rich.

If you are a snacker then check the Emily Fruit Crisps – crunchy banana – (15 AED) with a lovely jungle like packaging or the baked coconut chips labelled by Soil (17.50AED).

We also noticed there were a wide choice of granola for our morning breakfasts by Rude Health including Coconut and Chia which is one of their bestsellers (42 AED).

We guess you want to know where they are, right? Look for Soil Store on the first floor. The kiosk is very close to The Coffee Club. Bon Appetit!
