Rosewood Abu Dhabi is celebrating the festive season in style, proposing various experiences ranging from a Nutcracker-inspired afternoon tea, bake sale and a Christmas Social special, to a variety of festive-themed brunches and set menus across all its dining outlets throughout the month of December.
The Festive Afternoon Tea at Majlis from 25th November 2019 until 15th January 2020
For those who simply cannot wait for the season to be jolly, there is a Festive Afternoon Tea served from 25th November 2019 until 15th January 2020 at Majlis, the hotel’s lobby lounge.
The afternoon tea treats come served in a 3-layered box with savory treats on top – sandwiches, mini quiches, Xmas sweets that will surely please the little ones and traditional sweets at the bottom – with scones, truffles, and more.
The afternoon tea comes with a chef’s table of special treats for AED 250. The experience is available from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and can also be enjoyed with a free flow of seasonal libations for AED 270.
During Christmas week, Majlis will host a Nutcracker-inspired version of the afternoon tea with the same packages, including the chef’s table of art-influenced pastries with a festive twist.
The big festive bake Sale running between the 3rd and 28th of December
You cannot miss the Bake Sale corner at the entrance of Majlis and it is very convenient if you are looking for festive sweets such as panettone, stolen, traditional yulog, Xmas cakes and cookies available to purchase at there. We even noticed visitors could purchase gingerbread houses in small and large sizes (respectively priced at 140 and 225AED).

Aqua invites all to join Chef Jaka for a four-hour brunch on 25th December
Served from 1:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m., the Christmas Day brunch allows guests to arrive at an hour of their preference and will include a visit from Santa. There will also be live entertainment by Milan the saxophonist between 2:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
The three packages on offer are AED 465 for unlimited soft beverages, AED 565 for free-flowing house beverages, and AED 232 for the younger guests aged six to 12 years.
A festive-themed Yum Cha dinner at Dai Pai Dong
Dai Pai Dong continues to wow its guests with a festive themed Yum Cha dinner. Served from 6:00 p.m. to midnight for AED 268, this package is inclusive of unlimited grapes and hops for an additional AED 60.
A la carte and ‘all you can eat’ menus will also be available on the night. Served from 12:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m., the special dinner will also be available on 21st and 28th December.
A festive special set menu at Sambusek
Sambusek, the popular Lebanese restaurant, joins the merriment with a festive special set menu for AED 350, inclusive of grape pairing for an additional AED 100, served for lunch and dinner on Christmas Day (and also on Christmas Eve ).
