Want to know more about the Ramadan Pancakes called Qatayef?

You may have wondered why we can only find Qatayef, the round shaped Arabic pancakes during the Holy Month of Ramadan in supermarkets in the capital. 

Indeed, Qatayef is a special dessert, commonly served during Ramadan.

You can buy the pancake, fill it with sweet cheese, add some orange blossom water and sprinkle chopped nuts and fry it-the perfect meal to savor after sunset.

Qatayef are available at Spinneys and most supermarkets accross Abu Dhabi.
