We picked Dubai this year for a short Eid stay. Check why below!
For those who decided to spend their Eid break in the UAE, we luckily have plans for you. We have scoured the city in depth these past months and trust us there is plenty to keep you busy.
Follow us in our tour as we have a perfect itinerary for you with a good balance between fun, shopping, relaxing options and of course a holiday vibe!
Looking for new shopping destinations?
Then head to the independant concept-store named Cities. This is a go-to destination if you want to upgrade your home with exclusive and high-end home decor products as they all are carefully handpicked from unique brands and designers in the region and beyond.
Fashionistas have to add Comptoir 102, a style haven for those looking to pick up quintessential French jewellery, accessories and homeward. Albeit pricey, it is fun to even just browse through the store.

Plan some activities in Dubai
For an adrenaline rush head on over to Bounce, an indoor trampoline activity centre. Perfect for the entire family (from toddlers to adults), the space is divided into different sections, the largest being the free jumping with over 50 interconnected trampolines that you can try learning some fancy tricks while bouncing off the walls or maybe just focus on not falling! Another play area is where groups can participate in dodge ball (yes, that’s right it’s a double challenge as you try and bounce your way through and avoid the ball!). Basketball enthusiasts can practice their slam dunk techniques while jumping high!
For something more relaxed and truly amazing head on over to the indoor Butterfly Garden. A breathtaking experience (that can be slightly overwhelming for the little ones), there are around 15,000 butterflies from all over the world, each more beautiful than the next. The butterflies are freely flying around you as you walk in the alleys of the domes where a natural environment with trees, plants and ponds has been recreated.
Need to relax? Then book a traditional Moroccan Hammam at the luxurious The One and Only Royal Mirage Hotel. A traditional bathing ritual that exfoliates and nourishes the skin and leaves it looking soft and supple. The entire experience is quite heavenly and 5-star in every way-it really is the perfect way to recharge and get pampered.
Where to stay this Eid in Dubai?
For your stay in Dubai, the newly-opened Four Seasons hotel is a resort-style property that gives an immediate holiday feel. Centrally located on Jumeirah Beach Road, you have access to all the new hotspots including Box Park and Galleria Mall.
Prefer something more intimate? Then head on over to the historical part of town and stay at XVA a quaint boutique hotel. Located in the thriving district of Bastakiya and surrounded by souqs, art and culture.
If you are a couple then the sleek and modern Vida Hotel downtown is a wonderful option-giving you access to all of Downtown Dubai and of course Dubai Mall right at your doorstep. We personally love the poolside and the shaded cabanas that have a direct view of the Burj Khalifa.
Highlight your Eid stay with these two essentials
When in town you don’t want to miss out on the latest dining option that everyone is talking about. A London-based eatery, Coya is a modern Peruvian restaurant that is an absolute treat. We can’t seem to get enough of their Spicy Beef that is exploding with flavour and melts in the mouth.
If you want something more casual then don’t miss out on the latest burger joint in town, Slider Station. The industrial decor has been inspired from the American gas stations in the 1940’s-exposed walls, dim lighting and an overall casual atmosphere. But be prepared, the place can get very loud. We adore the Cauliflower and Kale Salad and the Fish Burger-both combinations are very unique but work so well together.
We wish you all Happy Eid Holidays !
