Let kids discover how fun yoga can be
If you have young kids staying in Abu Dhabi this summer and are willing to keep them entertained and help them build concentration and confidence in a fun way, we may have a nice idea to share.
Barefoot Creative Play & Dance just launched a 4 week yoga program for kids aged between 6 and 11 years old.
During each class that lasts 40 minutes, kids will be introduced to lifelong tools such as refocusing mindset and mood, whilst gaining flexibility, improving their physical fitness and coordination.
First class is complimentary . Kid yoga lessons will run every Tuesday at 3.30pm.
Book in advance as limited spaces are available.
