Your children can swim, dance and get fit at the new My First Gym located off island. My First Gym has opened a branch inside the new Abu Dhabi Ladies Club (ADLC) building, located off island, with fun activities for your cherubs and some peace and quiet for you.

Their whole premise is to keep kids active whilst having fun, and classes are designed for babies up to teenagers. They include developmental, dance and swimming classes for under 3.5 years olds as well as gymnastics, ballet, hip hop, karate and fitness classes for older children.
The rooms have been designed to fit the mood of the activities, so the dance studio has wooden flooring, mirrors and dance bars, whilst the fitness studio has a disco light to keep the vibe upbeat.
The children’s gym has a climbing wall, soft play elements, and some great equipment to boost your child’s confidence. There’s also a huge outdoor area, access to the ADLC swimming pools and a library that will house 10,000 books and host reading and writing workshops for all ages!
Mums can enjoy peace in the waiting room, library or leave their kids for an allocated number of hours.
