Looking for a little gym in Abu Dhabi where kids can exercise?

If you live close to the Corniche, have young kids and are always on the hunt for innovative classes to entertain them then check this brand new spot that opened recently in Abu Dhabi.

The Little Gym of Abu Dhabi welcomes kids from 4 months only up to 12 years old and their philosophy is based on a holistic ‘three dimensional learning.’ A method that usually shows excellent results by combining physical activity and a whole child approach.

The 3 pillars are “Get Moving” helps kids with their coordination, balance and flexibility, “Brain Boost” develops their spatial and perceptual awareness and “Citizen kid” is more about their socialization.

From infants to toddlers (4 months to 3 years old), there are different parents-child classes available promoting early development and strong foundations. There also are plenty of weekly classes in gymnastics, for 3-6 years old and 6-12 years old.

We were quite impressed by the quality and variety of the equipment which follows strict rules regarding the safety and comfort of the kids. They already has more than 300 locations worldwide and founded in 1976, it has been the world’s first children’ development gymnastics center.
