AN ULTIMATE DINING EXPERIENCE AT CIPRIANI ABU DHABI

If you feel like treating your family to a memorable dinner we know just the spot.  Located on Yas Island, Cipriani offers luxury views from the second floor with large bay views overlooking the Marina and Yas Hotel.

The wide open space looks like the deck of a cruise ship and the round tables resemble a stylish 1920’s ballroom.  The bar has comfortable velvet sofas, ideal for enjoying a signature mocktail or cocktail.

Surprisngly the menu is divided between Japanese and Italian dishes.  We started the meal, with a delicious plate of burrata. The cheese and tomatoes are air-shipped daily from Puglia in the South of Italy and the black olives come directly come from Liguria in the North of Italy.

We also thoroughly enjoyed the Japanese starter of sashimi salmon served with a tasty soy and wasabi sauce and topped with sesame seeds.

For our main, we opted for the signature homemade White Tagliolini served like a crepe with bechamel, bresaola and grilled parmesan. Tasty and wholesome, this dish reflects the spirit of the restaurant hospitality. The wagyu beef skewers were topped with a sauce created with soy, pepper, wasabi and a touch of butter.  Bursting with flavor the meat melted in our mouth.

The signature dessert of vanilla ice-cream whipped “a la minute” came with a rich chocolate sauce that we quickly wiped clean off our plate.

Cipriani offers top quality food accompanied by a relaxed and hospitable ambience-it is definitely a restaurant worth experiencing in Abu Dhabi.
