Located in the magnificent Yas Island, IRIS Lounge & Restaurant is hailed for its unique atmosphere, ambiance and setting. It’s the go-to venue for the midtown post-work crowd.
This upscale bar and restaurant offers an elegant and stylish setting with a stunning outdoor terrace to enjoy drinks at sunset, and fresh seasonal dishes while enjoying live music. We are huge fans of the eclectic mix of interiors, with its industrial lamps, large comfortable sofas and wooden high tables, it adds to the trendy yet unconventional chilled out vibe.
After one of their signature cocktails, we felt compelled to try their Mediterranean pan-fried sea bass which was crusted with purple potatoes and served with caramelized baby carrots. We also went for the grilled Scottish salmon served in a basil crust with ratted potatoes, mandarin oil, green asparagus and beetroot puree – simply divine.
This is definitely the spot for those wanting to catch up with friends over a drink or for any informal situation that requires good food and a great atmosphere.
