SUSHI ART NOW OPEN AT MASDAR CITY CENTRE

Sushi Art offers top-quality and innovative sushi, maki and sashimi and this brand now has two different locations in Abu Dhabi for dine-in and home-delivery: Galleria Mall and Masdar City Centre since May 2019.

Hosting a dinner party and wondering where to cater from? Our latest find will definitely wow the guests –that is if they love Japanese cuisine.

The extensive menu has a variety of different and exotic versions of the typical sushi, sashimi and maki. Start off with the delicious tasting, Salmon Tataki Spring maki with a reddish vegetal wrapping. You won’t be disappointed by the Foie Gras Sushi (called French Touch), topped with fig- rich in texture and flavor, it melts in the mouth.

Another favorite is the Wagyu Beef Sushi topped with a light miso sauce and truffle-aromatic and a perfect balance of flavors. For something with a more Arabesque twist, the Maki Like Tabbouleh is made from a medley of herbs and red onion.

We recommend ordering the Black Box Classic, a platter with 58 pieces of different sushi, sashimi and maki and can easily feed up to 4 people. We love that the box looks sleek and sophisticated and is a great way to present the dish.

Sushi Art has an online ordering option, and their delivery time is fairly quick. We, of course, have bookmarked it for all the dinner guests we want to impress.

We also like they often propose temporary collaborations with worldwide known Chefs. For now, they have a limited edition with Argentine Chef Mauro Colagreco, a 3-Michelin star Chef whose restaurant in Menton France has been ranked number 3 among the best restaurants around the world.
