Rosewood Garden Brunch – at Aqua

The much-loved Rosewood Garden Brunch features a lavish spread served from 1pm until 5pm, which encourages guests to move around and enjoy different areas of Aqua restaurant. The buffet includes a wide selection of appetizers, international and Asian mains, a fritto corner, a raw bar, live tuna carving, an oyster and sushi bar, a ceviche and soup station, and an impressive bread corner.

On the terrace, there is an assortment of live cooking stations including Italian épicerie and fresh pasta, butchery, BBQ and grill, fresh smoker delicacies, a rotisserie and assorted manakish prepared in firewood. The brunch will also feature Asian, Chinese and Indian sections in addition to a corner dedicated to La Cava – Rosewood’s wine lounge.

Children are in for a treat at the ‘Rosebuds’ children at the ‘Rosewood Garden Brunch’ as it boasts a remarkable children’s menu, a Haribo Candy dessert station, mini-ice-cream cups, fresh crepes and pancakes, pastries, and a chocolate buffet including the much-loved fountain, along with a range of fun Easter activities for the children.

The Rosewood Garden Brunch is available in four packages: ‘Gourmet’ with food and soft drinks for AED 400, ‘Connoisseur’ with unlimited house beverages for AED 465, ‘Gastronome’ for the bubbly package for AED565 and the ‘Rose Buds Brunch’ for children aged six to 12 years for AED165.

AT CIPRIANI YAS ISLAND

This Easter, Cipriani Yas Island welcomes guests with seasonal flavours and Italian flair. Speciality dishes will be highlighted, complementing the signature à la carte menu to celebrate the occasion throughout the Easter week, from 14th to 21st April.

Prepared with premium ingredients flown directly from Italy to maintain the real taste and authenticity of the cuisine, fresh Easter dishes await. Some of the highlights that complement the menu are “Torta Pasqualina” with Spinach, Ricotta Cheese and Veal Ham, homemade Veal Ravioli “alla Piemontese”, Lamb ‘Scottadito” with Artichoke “alla Romana” and Roasted Potatoes. A traditional focaccia Pasquale with Mascarpone Sauce completes the variety of beloved signature desserts.

Originated by “The” Mrs. Astor – the founder of the first St. Regis in New York to host intimate gatherings with her closest friends –afternoon tea at The St. Regis is a timeless tradition. The Easter Afternoon Tea is a great way to gather and socialize with beloved friends and family, while enjoying the customary Easter eggs and chocolate bunnies. Easter Brunch – at Olea

Olea hosts a special edition of its “Epicurean Brunch” on Easter Sunday. The menu will feature traditional Easter delicacies like rabbit galantine with grilled pears, loaded deviled eggs with turkey bacon and Scotch eggs with tomato relish as appetizers. For mains, there are braised lamb shank, roasted butternut pumpkin with goat cheese, cottage pie, roasted turkey breast and lamb leg.
Desserts remain a highlight of the Olea brunch with Easter specials like coconut cream pie, orange creamsicle fudge, a donut wall, chocolate fountain and the customary cookies, brownies and cupcakes. Children can take part in egg hunting and face painting as well. The renowned Zero Funk band provides the music, setting a relaxing tone without drowning out conversation, making it the ideal choice for a catch-up with friends.

WonderBrunch – Easter Special at SOFRA BLD

Shangri-La Hotel, Qaryat Al Beri, Abu Dhabi makes Easter revelry with family and friends unforgettable with the special brunch at Sofra BLD, its award-winning all-day-dining restaurant.

‘Pranzo Di Pasqua’ – Easter Brunch at Villa Toscana

Inspired by the finest ingredients and regional specialties from Tuscany, Umbria and Emilia-Romana, the award-winning restaurant Villa Toscana celebrates Easter with “Pranzo Di Pasqua”, inviting connoisseurs to indulge in traditional and tempting delicacies that bridge the tradition and elegance of Italy. All pasta is made in-house with raw ingredients sourced freshly from Italy, and special imports of cheese, prosciutto, cold cuts, and salamis ensure the brunch takes all guests to an unforgettable culinary journey to Italy this season.

AT BEACH ROTANA HOTEL

Beach Rotana Abu Dhabi will offer a special Easter Brunch on Sunday, 21 April that is sure to be enjoyed by adults and children alike.

Held at Essence from 12.30pm to 3.30pm, the hotel’s chefs will prepare an extensive buffet including traditional Easter specialties. A kids’ zone with activities such as face and egg painting, balloon twisting, fun games and the traditional golden egg hunt guided by the Easter bunny himself will entertain the little ones and keep them busy.

Guests will enjoy a welcome drink with grilled black tiger prawns as a starter, for the main course they can choose between a baked Biaah filet marinated in herbs with chickpeas and coriander-olive oil emulsion or the Easter lamb served with green beans, baked tomato, hummus and basil jus. Finally, a lemon cake is served with berries for a sweet finish.

Saturlaze, the lazy Saturday lunch in Finz, will also have an Easter upgrade with special treats and dishes for the occasion on Saturday (20 April) from 12.30pm to 4.00pm.

Guests joining in one of the two occasions in Finz can also take part in a raffle draw and stand a chance to win exciting prices such as dining and stay vouchers, shopping vouchers and more.
