A list of outdoor and indoor activities for children offered across Abu Dhabi.
When it comes to keeping children busy and occupied we are always struggling for ideas. Given their short attention span and high probability of tantrums at any given time, the activities we pick have to be engaging and of course fun. We have managed to search the Capital, and have come up with a list of classes to enroll the children in that they will be sure to love. Scroll below to find out more.
Zumba and Yoga:
Get them started from a young age with a mix zumba and yoga class. The classes are interactive and fun and children as young as 4 years are invited to join in on the fun that will leave them refreshed and in a zen-like mood.

Triathlon:
If your kids are into swimming, running and biking, then this group is tailored for them. Abu Dhabi Tri Kids is being launched as part of the “new” Abu Dhabi Tri Club. Kids training sessions and competitions will be happening on a regular basis this year. Sailing:
Enroll children from 8-16 years of age at the Youth Sailing Club at Watercooled Hiltonia between 4-6pm on Fridays starting from 19th September onwards. The club will follow the RYA syllabus and has a maximum of 12 spaces.

Parkour:
A fast-growing discipline in Abu Dhabi that involves jumping over rails and walls, with the correct instruction from quality coaches, the Parkour academy at JSA will teach all students how to train safely, have fun and get fit at the same time. For more details click here.
