Always on the hunt to discover new cafes to head to in the Capital our latest find is a villa that was converted in a cafe close to the Corniche in the Khalidiya area.

If you’re fond of that rustic and cozy atmosphere, then you should bookmark the Third Place Cafe in your diary as it has the same vibe as visiting a friend’s home. The walls are covered with chalkboards and framed quotes, plenty of books scattered around and an eclectic mix sofas and chairs will all make you want to pause, read a book, work, chat, or rest whilst sipping your coffee.

As this new comer is divided into different spaces, it fits both for catching up with a close friend, have a quick coffee on the go at the bar or book the larger section of the cafe to organize a meeting or morning coffee with a large group of ladies.

As soon as temperatures will drop, the cafe has a promising terrace at the back that is perfect for breakfast with kids.

They propose a wide selection of all inclusive breakfast menu all below 60 AED. The hearty breakfast includes fresh orange juice, tea or coffee, bread, butter and jam accompanied by the many mains including shashuka, eggs florentine, omelets, pancakes…just to name a few.

Coffee lovers will be delighted to know that you can purchase coffee from the popular ‘RAW’ brand.
