WHAT:
During this master class at Jones The Grocer Khalidiyah Abu Dhabi, Chef Stevenson and The Valrhona Ecole du Grand Chocolat will teach you how to create;
– mouth‐watering jivara chocolate tart
– delectable dulcey and exotic marmalade panna cotta.
Chef Elizabeth Stevenson is the Executive Pastry Chef at the chic and iconic Qbara restaurant in Dubai and former Head Pastry at The Ivy Dubai.
Upon arriving, each participant will be greeted with refreshments. Participants will then operate at their own cooking station and will get a complete set of ingredients to work with.
After the session, they will enjoy their dish served with refreshments. Entrants will also receive a detailed recipe card along with a Jones The Grocer apron.
