A BUSINESS LUNCH OFFER WITH AN ITALIAN FLAIR

Pizza Di Rocco’s business lunch offer is quite unbeatable

We often crave pizza at lunchtime but don’t always want to spend too much on a quick bite. Thankfully there are some great deals in town that deserve a shout-out. We have just visited Pizza Di Rocco, an old favorite Italian restaurant that proposes an excellent business lunch offer. Their weekday offer is actually priced at 65 AED only for a starter, pizza and soft drink and you can add dessert for another 15 AED.

Pizza Di Rocco, well-known in the city and often recommended for home delivery pizza, also has a tiny restaurant in town. Small and with a rustic decor – a total 0f 7 tables only fitting 2 to 6 people each it’s still a popular and simple spot with friendly service.

For our starters, we opted for Bresaola con Rucola, that was generous enough to share for 2 people. It came with hot flat bread topped with herbs and served with olive oil, pesto and parmesan.

For our mains, the business lunch proposes a selection of 10 different pizzas to choose from that can be ordered on white or wholewheat dough.

Our pizzas were served less than 10 minutes after ordering and were both fresh and tasty. The Fattoria pizza was topped with tomato sauce, mozzarella, goat cheese, roasted pine nuts, caramelized onions, sun-dried tomatoes and pesto.

To finish on a sweet note, we also ordered a Tiramisu and a Torta Della Nonna, a classic ‘Grandmothers Tart’ made with custard and almonds. Desserts were simple without being outstanding.

Overall this lunch offers authentic Italian taste at a very good price.

This offer is valid from Sunday to Thursday, from 11am to 4pm.
