The Abu Dhabi food scene is growing very fast with new eateries opening up all over the capital. Spoilt for choice our latest find is a new brasserie that we thoroughly enjoyed.
An independent spot located in the Galleria and overlooking the turquoise sea and new developments the atmosphere is chilled out and relaxed. Our personal favorite is the shaded terrace that is comfortable enough to spend an entire afternoon in.
The menu boasts typical Mediterranean dishes along with an eclectic choice of bistro dishes such as La Bouillabaisse, Boeuf Bourguignon and Steak Tartare.
Intrigued by the name, ‘No Rice’ Risotto, we ordered this dish as a starter and adored it. A must-try we don’t want to unveil the surprise of what it really is!
The razor clams came with a delicious Sicilian sauce-a delicious combination that instantly transported us back into holiday mode.
If you prefer sweet dishes then the Apple Tart is an excellent option. We were also told that the lemon tart and mixed berry pudding is legendary-a good excuse for us to plan another visit!
The food was fabulous but so is the décor. The wooden floor matches perfectly with the decorated tiles and bricks that are being recycled and were previously used in London. This is definitely a place we will be returning to soon.
