And It’s Truly BU-tiful

Just when you thought you’d had your way with Pan-Latin hotspot BU!, they go and launch over 20 new reasons for you to come back for more. Yep, they’ve elevated an award-winning experience even further with a daring, new menu boasting a variety of wonderfully complex flavours and textures.

Most noteworthy for us was the summer-y ceviche selection, with punchy pairings like luxe, melt-in-your-mouth truffled red snapper, and an out-of-this-world tuna and hamachi topped in crunchy apple. Even the vegetarian ceviche is gorgeous and gutsy.

Aleta Amarilla & Hamachi Tiradito

If you’re not a fan of raw, go for the succulent tiger prawns – they dance well on the palate with the lime-drizzled diced pineapple.

Meat? The beef tataki is a kick in the taste buds with sharp pecorino at its centre. And look out for the Lomo Al Trapo, cooked the Colombian way. The exquisite wagyu tenderloin is wrapped in a cloth and seeped in non-alcoholic red wine, before being perfectly cooked over charcoals.

Picanha Na Brasa

Gamba Tigre (prawn anticucho)

They’ve spun gold in the dessert department too with a warm, oozy, decadent cheesecake, a Tres Leches made truly special with the addition of a vibrant orange ice cream, and a totally re-invented churro dish, presented in a skillet in a circular swirl filled with dulce de leche and topped with moreish Mexican coffee. All silent killers.

Don’t forget to have a gander at the masterful new cocktail list, too.

This is a truly magical, must-try menu.
