IFTAR AT INGREDIENTS

Set to take guests on a holistic culinary journey, Iftar at Ingredients serves a smorgasbord of flavours across local Emirati, and Lebanese delicacies such as harees, lamb ouzi and tajine, accompanied by bespoke Ramadan beverages. You can also enjoy distinctive dishes ranging from Thai, Indian and international specialties while taking in the authentic Ramadan décor that provides a relaxed and intimate atmosphere. Save the best for last with a dramatic selection of sweets.

Visiting the tent in avant-premiere for an exclusive launch a few days ahead of Ramadan, we definitely enjoyed the live cooking stations where to get freshly baked and fried legemat/luqaimat and thin crepes or their Mexican station proposing freshly prepared burritos and quesadillas.

SUHOOR AT THE ANANTARA TENT

Anantara Eastern Mangroves has built an elegant white Tent, on their terrace beside the pool. This is the perfect and central venue for Suhoor in the capital, allowing guests can enjoy a pleasant Suhoor featuring both set and an a la carte menu, complete with dazzling views of the infinity pool and the lush mangroves.

Come treat yourselves to an inspired gastronomic affair featuring classic Arabic mezzes, shawarma, saj and all-time-favorite Emirati dishes, while swaying to the soothing sounds of the ganun and oud player. Comfortable seating spread throughout the tent creates cosy enclaves to enjoy time with family and friends through exciting games of cards, backgammon or dominoes.
