Urban Kitchen at Dusit Thani

What:
This Ramadan, the hotel’s Syrian origin Head Chef Aiham Ali and his brigade of Arabic chefs shall bring out myriad flavours pleasing every palate and taste at their lavish Iftar buffet.

The main highlights include the world famous Lamb Ouzi, Hot & Cold Mezzeh, Live Shawarma and Falafel stations, Mixed Grills along with a choice of freshly baked Arabic breads.

Additionally, the extensive buffet spread would include mouth-watering dishes such as Shoukaf (lamb fillet cubes with onion), Kabab Orfaly (beef and vegetable skewers), Lebanese Loubia Bil Lahmeh (green beans in tomato sauce) and Moroccan Tagine Chicken with Apricots.
