VEGAN SUNDAYS AT TAQADO MEXICAN KITCHEN

If you are vegan and love Mexican food, then you are in luck! 

TAQADO Mexican Kitchen launches Vegan Sundays – a weekly promotion taking place in March and April at all 17 locations in the UAE.

Customers who order a vegan burrito or a vegan burrito box from Taqado’s Go Vegan menu will get a second one free.

The vegan burrito (36 AED) and the vegan burrito box (40 AED) consist of Mexican rice, pinto beans, mushrooms, peppers and onions, vegan cheese, and a choice of salsa.  Additional toppings are available at an extra charge.

A year ago, Taqado Mexican Kitchen launched the Lean Mean Bean Menu after some intensive planning (and eating) sessions. These two options (vegan burrito and vegan burrito box) are part of this Lean Mean Bean Menu.

This vegan menu also includes more fresh Mexican favourites with a twist, such as vegan quesadilla and vegan earth salad, along with guilt-free lemonade. The menu also lists the carbs, proteins, fats and calories within each dish, putting customers in control of their macros intake.

Christian Janssen, COO of Taqado Mexican Kitchen says; ‘Although Taqado’s current menu is already vegan-friendly with customisable options for burritos and burrito boxes, the Lean Mean Bean Menu offers three 100% vegan dishes, with no customization necessary. We created the menu with vegan and vegetarian customers in mind, but we truly believe the new dishes will appeal to everyone. Whether you want to lower your meat intake, track your macros, or boost your protein intake with a non-meat alternative, we have something for you. Our vegan cheese is pretty incredible too, even if I do say so myself.’
