In this new Saturday afternoon series, join La Mamma’s Chef Pelusi in mastering the basics to craft an authentic Italian starter and main. Meanwhile, Mexico is calling over other restaurant El Sombrero, where Chef Lara will lead the keen through some spice-laden dishes from Central America.
