Find These Food Trucks in Abu Dhabi

First there was local burger hit Salt, then after it came a wave of cool meals on wheels, making food trucks Abu Dhabi’s latest growing foodie trend. Here are some trucks we are currently hunting down…

As these food trucks are often moving from a spot to another in Abu Dhabi, you will need to check their Instagram accounts to get their latest updates and locations.

Clinton St. Baking Company

Spotted outside NYU Abu Dhabi this month, you might still be able to catch these guys for breakfast, baked goods and brunch favourites on the go. Their pancakes are said to be pretty special, but we’re just elated to find the famous pairing of chicken and waffles anywhere in Abu Dhabi.

The Shebi

Lovely Lebanese eats marry Indian delicacies on this unique fusion menu. Fill up on the best of both cultures with inspired dishes like the chicken shawarma wrapped in paratha; or take things up a notch and order the popcorn chicken in a waffle cone. Check their page events to find out where The Shebi is.

Keki

Ever tried Japanese cheesecake? Want to? This Japanese bakery concept is brand new in town and they offer some adorable looking pastries, rolls and mochi (Japanese ice cream) in a variety of unique flavours.

The last time we spotted Keki, the truck was parked close to the Judicial Department, near Aloft Hotel.

Visit us tomorrow at Sheikh Zayed Heritage Festival and experience our Japanese sweets and pastries ?

SoCal Cocina

That easy, breeze Southern California vibe has swept into Abu Dhabi via this food truck that serves fresh Latin cuisine. These guys do homemade guacamole, fresh tacos and tortillas, build-your-own burritos and our favourite Mexican drink, horchata. They usually park at Mushrif Central Park but frequent other food truck events in the city.
