The Bakdash Booza ice cream
Have you ever tasted the old traditional booza ice cream? Originating from Syria, prepared with whole milk, pistachio nuts and a chewy natural additive, this ice cream is a must-try. We not only appreciate its unique chewy texture but also enjoy watching it being prepared.

Fruit in a sorbet and sorbet in a fruit viceversa
At La Bottega Del Gelato located in Bawabat Al Sharq mall, the concept of the sorbet has been explored in a different way and the brand came up with the original idea of showcasing their sorbet inside the fruit the sorbet is made from. We love this idea and find it difficult to choose which flavor to order, given all the choices.

The mochi trend
The Japanese ice cream called mocha is basically small round dessert balls made with a soft sticky rice cover and filled with flavored ice creams.
We are fans of the traditional green tea flavor and recently experienced tasty chocolate-peanut mochi at Inakaya Abu Dhabi and great mango mochi at Toki inside Hilton Hotel.

Love Doughnuts in Abu Dhabi already amazed us with their inimitable quirky doughnuts flavor associations. Once you give a try to their homemade gelato, it’s easy to get addicted as they often come up with new flavors. We recently tried their walnut, white chocolate with cherries or apple crumble and promise they are worth it.
Love Doughnuts has recently opened a second location stall inside World Trade Center Mall beside House of Fraser.
