Observe chocolatiers at work in their atelier while sipping your iced chocolate
With the temperatures rising and scorching heat on its way, hot chocolate may not be your first choice of drink – but for the chocoholics amongst us, giving up our favourite milky beverage for six months of the year is not an option.
Luckily we’ve found a spot that offers a delightful cold chocolate drink, with a light, milky texture that has definitely lived up to our expectations. The Chocolate Gallery is a sophisticated café and store in Fairmont Hotel selling refined chocolate products (they also have top notch Valrohna Chocolate).
With stylish booth-style tables and sleek modern décor, the drinks don’t come cheap at 35 AED. For us, however, the quality stands out and we highly recommend stopping by when you need a fix of your favourite treat.
A corner of the Chocolate Gallery is dedicated to the atelier where chocolatiers are at work. A pleasure for the eyes!
