Not only does this gem boast 360-degree views of the Abu Dhabi skyline, but it also serves some of the most creatively visual and innovative food we have been served in the city (and perhaps even the world ?).
The ‘Quest Menu Experience’ beat all our expectations. We don’t want to spoil the surprise, but you can expect each dish to represent something different – perhaps a painting, fine object, or piece of art. They are so fine in their details that it’s hard to choose between eating or simply gazing at them… The only thing we’ll divulge is that we’ve never seen Californian Maki quite like this – and the desert concludes the meal in the perfect way.
The Quest truly does deserve its name, as it offers a journey to limitless creativity and originality, with a mixture of influences from Malaysia, Japan, and France. We are totally hooked…
